There are two versions of the stick; one with Windows 10 and one without. If you do decide to buy one then search for the best deal - some sites quote about 30% cheaper than others. I guess that without Windows, it may be cheaper.
Reviews of them on Amazon are not so good mainly because buyers expect Windows 10 on the product and have bought the wrong one.
They only have 32 GB of storage memory which is not suitable for Windows 10 because with updates, it will easily use that up. It is better suited for Linux which is less demanding and with Puppy having a very low storage demand it should be good. I have read web sites where people talk about running Linux on them and it runs well.

$159 with 4GB of RAM.
Should come with a power supply. This one does.
The graphics output is HDMI.
The monitor, TV, etc...., you hook it to, will need to have HDMI input connector.
You supply. USB mouse and USB keyboard is also needed.
Wireless ones would be ideal, but wired ones will work.

A close look at the CPU and the MOUSER stick reveals SDXC for the microSD.
There is a mini-ITX (10cm square) version (uses Celeron J3455 as CPU) of this for the same price w/o OS (about US$190) including case, 4 usb ports (Three USB3.0 and one 2.0 ), LAN port, hdmi or vga, a SATA header, and Power Supply (std. laptop 19V@3A). There is a micro SDXC slot.
EDIT: an amazon search indicates the WRONG part number offered... what is sold there is the AYS version with win10 and memory. The MOUSER link above is correct versiion w/o OS, and NO memory (DDR3L 1600/1333)
Whatever you decide, micro-code update from intel is needed.

Well ,getting Puppy on one may be harder to do or not at all possible.
From a 2017 topic about trying to get Puppy on an older less powerful model.
It had Ubuntu on it as the OS.
Hopefully the new ones do not have this UEFI bios limiting coding.

Seems this one had a custom UEFI bios with locked in OS limits.Well, in looking at the setup from keying in f2 on boot. I found that the UEFI will only boot two oses:
Windows with 32 bit
Linux 14.04 64 bit
Even though the UEFI Shell recognizes my usb with puppy Linux install with unetbootin. It will not boot it.
Hopefully the new ones do not have this UEFI bios limiting coding.
The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
