some boot commands includes now a search command like

find --set-root --ignore-floppies /mypuppy/initrd.gz

what is the equivalent for grubPC?

(in a community prefairing divergent usages from all great distros, it would be very useful to offer a "rosetta stone page" about such uses of the own distribution Rolling Eyes
