Youtube channels loading without resolv.conf?

#1 Post by watchdog »

I have a workaround using palemoon to load tab by tab a folder of bookmarks. I rename /etc/resolv.conf as resolv.conf.old and load the folder of bookmarks (50 or 60 tabs at a time). They all load in error mode. Renaming again resolv.conf.old as resolv.conf make loading tabs possible again. I do it tab by tab clicking "Try again". I have noticed that youtube channels are loaded even without resolv.conf. How is it possible?

Maybe because they are cached somewhere.
