StreamTuner2 is available in standard repositories of Ubuntu.
It reminds me of Tunapie, also a browser for internet radio stations. But the GUI is more appealing to the eyes. More sophisticated.
As with Tunapie, you listen to radio stations using a third-party app, such as Audacious.
Streamripper is used to record.
