Iv'e abandoned Nero in Windows as it has become unreliable. After an image is made I never know if it is going to burn it or not. A lot of coasters have been made. There have been problems with permissions with DVDs we've created. I think it is doing some background drm enforcement and not gettintg it right. It was a good program. Another warning don't ever install the Adaptec (Roxio) with Nero present - nothing will work.

Puppy does the job of copying well. I've posted elsewhere how to make an image with DD.
