Subject description: Hyper computing with the O machine

Hi Everyone,

Is anyone aware of a programing language or methodology for implementing Alan Turing's Oracle-Machine?
https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/network-alan-turing-and-his-oracle-machine-1083835.html

It would seem that a Web crawler with a server of known function answers would be possible? It does not seem a Quantum computing language is required?

Is it used in any AI or neuron/pattern recognition software?

Hyper-computing (post quantum computing) seems feasible with existing computing? What am I missing?

[opinion]

AI will always be A, therefore never I. It is an oxymoron, like "jumbo shrimp" or "military intelligence".
