Dear All,
I found SM 2.29.1 here http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=106963. Is there a newer version of sea monkey pet for precise 5.7.1?
Sincerely,

I think you could install seamonkey 2.46 in precise without troubles using the archived tar ball:
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/seamonkey/r ... inux-i686/
If I well remember it's the latest seamonkey gtk+2 compatible. You can also install for testing my glibctweaked pet:
http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=109456
but I think that the tweak about glibc is not required in precise using seamonkey 2.46. Test it on yourself.

I'm running 2.49.3 on my Precise setup with no problems, as far as I can tell (using the version from the Seamonkey homepage). It does require GTK 3 to be installed, though.

Seamonkey 2.46 pet -- Last before requirements change?
Hi,
Just noting that Moose On The Loose published a Seamonkey 2.46 pet, http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic. ... 647#959647. As far as I know, Seamonkey 2.46 was the last version which supported "Legacy" addons. Later versions of Seamonkey brought further system requirements and/or complications.
