What's next? Declaring the OS that you use??

I've read countless news-site versions of this proposal of the U.S. State Department. Despite the absurdity (to me) of it, and the chilling implications of where stuff like this leads, what is going to be next on various gov't forms? Will there be a section for what OS you use? Will there be a box for "Puppy"?


I don't know, maybe this whole thing with State Department and asking these truly idiotic questions will turn out to be a big 'April 1st" joke courtesy of our current Administration. I'd actually have a good laugh about it then, and realize that things aren't half as bad as we are seeing and/or thinking:
