jwm 2.3.7 MoveMode using Super key instead of Alt

jwm 2.3.7 introduced a mask 4 option to move mode
that switches the default window moving using Alt mouse click/drag
to instead use Super mouse click/drag
(Super key is the Windows key on most keyboards).
