I`d like to know, how can i change the icon of the dog of the start menu?

The programs in the distro are in a write-protected file, so uninstalling them only "hides" them, but you gain no space.

To really remove them, you would need external tools, and then recreate a iso.

Search the forum for "pupbegone".

To change the icon:
edit /root/.jwmrc-tray

set another icon in the line:
<TrayButton label="Menu" icon="mini-dog.xpm"/>

Or modify
/usr/share/mini-icons/mini-dog.xpm

You might want to search for PupBeGone instead because I think it's case-sensitive. I know I had trouble finding it once (which is sad because I wrote it :| )
