I started using puppy linux and like it so much, I installed it on my laptop. I really would like to use my laptop outdoors and looking for a wireless card that works with puppy without any major problems.
I came across the ORINOCO Classic Gold. Is this card recommended for use with puppy or is it difficult to setup?
Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated...

The sticky at Beginners section should be a good start for you - see wireless.

and just in case you find a really great deal on some Linksys ones for $10 like I did... consider spending more for one on the list.
I haven't spent any more than a few minutes trying to figure it out, but I did try ndiswrapper with unsatisfactory results.
When I have more time, I'll look into these ones more and post the results.
I can report however, that a generic wireless router works every bit as good as a $100 Linksys one and costs a whole lot less.
