BCM43124 bluetooth firmware for combo card and others

I had so much trouble getting the blustooth function of my laptop's bcrm 43124 wifi/bt card to work and it took so long that having now got the both working, I decided to post this little package.
it contains firmware which was generated from the hex file to hcd , the package has more than is needed simply because having completed several procedures I am uncertain as to which is to blame for the success ... ha ha!
i hope it saves someone else some time and hassle.
