How to synchronize computer internal clock? (Solved)

I need to change the time of the internal clock of my old HP Presario CQ43 laptop, On a Windows machine I use Dimension 4 to sync my time, but what do I use for Puppy Tahpup 6.0.5? Is there a sync app pre-installed?

Thanks. Done that. Next I need to correct my system clock is running a few hours slow. Done that, all working fine now.
