Temperature Icon in tray: how to show ini F not C?

#1 Post by majorfoo »

I have been away from Puppy for some time and looking at available Distro's today, I decided to try Xenial
Just completed full install and am looking at all the features.
Temp in tray appears to be Celsius (40) and I would like for it to display as Fahrenheit
Is it possible to change this?
Thanks for any assistance.

Edit: I meant to post this in Xenial Pup CE 7.5
Senior moment. Forgot how this works.

Using LXDE I set the tray to a smaller width size to leave a bit of space at the start and drop a couple of gkrellm's into that space (as well as using it as a desktop date/clock). One of the options is for Fahrenheit

I don't have a start button at the bottom left as I set the clock (far right) as my menu button
