Endlessly under attack, privacy needs every bit of information available to prevent censorship or surveillance.

Enters Vuze which is feature-rich, and with advanced settings you can bypass ISP surveillance when sharing files over bittorrent protocol.

But you need to have a VPN installed.

Open and use your VPN, and then open Vuze.

Steps :

step 1: Tools-Option-Mode
step 2: click Advanced and Apply
step 3: On left panel, click Connection and under Connection click Advanced Network Settings
step 4: look for your VPN (it can be tun1)
step 5: write that number in Bind to local IP address or interface
step 6: at the bottom of the page, check Inforce IP bindings even when interfaces are not available...
step 7 : Apply changes

Using such settings, you have a fighting chance to bypass ISP surveillance when using Vuze.

Note:
Possible consequences of illegal downloading of copyrighted material is a legal notification from your ISP if you do it openly, and if your are caught multiple time doing it, you could face a stiff fine, or even be prosecuted.
