BionicPup64 minimized app disables keyboard shortcut

Using BionicPup64, I noticed a strange behavior only occur when a single app is minimized (e.g. Palemoon or geany). My keyboard shortcut to launch other apps (e.g. Super+r for roxfiler) is disabled.

If I launch another app with desktop icon or menu (F12), then all the problems resolved. Problem recur if I close all the apps (including minimized app) and open a single app and minimize again, then the keyboard shortcuts again do not work.

Is this a bug?, suggestions will be appreciated. I use the same setup on my laptop and this problem does not occur.
