Interesting Firefox addons

#1 Post by spiritwild »

Didn't really see a topic on add-ons, which means I probably missed the 20 or so that exist. None the less......

Just wanted to point out a few useful add-ons that I found. I try to keep such things to a minimum but every now and then I find things that help me ... keep things to a minimum.

I'm running on

Kernel : Linux 4.1.31 (i686)
Distribution : LxPupXenial - 16.08
Ibuprofin :150mg

Have no idea what may or may not work outside of my rig.

One-tab

How it works

Whenever you find yourself with too many tabs, click the OneTab icon to convert all of your tabs into a list. When you need to access the tabs again, you can either restore them individually or all at once.

about:addons-memory

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefo ... src=search

USE: Go to "about:addons-memory" (without the quotes) in your URL bar. Here you can see the memory usage of addons. Note: These are not meant to be used to show you if your addons are"bad" addons, but to show you how much memory any addons are using period. Some just use a lot.

NOTE: Currently working with Firefox versions up to 48.x
Betas, Nightlys and Alphas are UNLIKELY to work.
