CUPS not starting in reinstalled Tahrpup 6.0.5

I've just re-installed Tahrpup 6.0.5 but couldn't install the printer because CUPS won't start. I select (from Menu) CUPS wizard, clinck on 'Manage printers and printing tasks' but nothing happens. When I type in console: /etc/init.d/cups status', I get 'cups: scheduler is running'.

First run Quickpet->Info->Tahrpup updates just to make sure. There may be some bug that needs fixed, that the updates will take care of.

I suggest you redo the install fresh.
There is a chance it was a bad install or a bad Tahrpup 6.0.5.iso download.

Also, make sure the partition you selected to install on is clean of old Tahrpup 6.0.5 files.
Just deleting the old Tahrpup 6.0.5 install is sometimes not good enough.
A complete reformat of the partition is sometimes needed.
