New and improved Pupcamera
This is a new and improved pupcamera. It can handle more than two cameras, can even handle remote PTP camera and it is more flexible than the existing pupcamera. The behavior is based from pmount of puppy 4.0

Added internalization in Pupcamera script. 'pupcamera.pot' file for localization is inside '.pet'-package.
