2016 Linuxcon visits North America-Canada

LinuxCon is coming to Eastern Canada in August. Its their North American Event. And will be co-hosted with Containers technology specialists on this very very useful Docker addition in Linux! Some of us, Puppylanders in the region, may want to be in the house.

Toronto is hardly "Eastern" Canada!
On a map of Canada, it's "not quite the South-est, also to the right of the middle."
By "South-est", I mean the "most to the South".
Anyway, someone says "Eastern Canada" and I think Moncton or Halifax, even
Gaspé, but NOT Toronto!
But anyway, Toronto it is.
