[SOLVED] Spotify app worked with 32 bit Puppy

#1 Post by Relztrah »

This is really a Spotify question, and I posted it in that user forum as well.

The Spotify desktop app worked great using 32 bit Puppy Linux (Tahrpup) but I got a better laptop and installed 64 bit Tahrpup. There is a Spotify Quickpet which I installed and I am able to log on to my account. But when I play a song I get the attached message.

I have not changed any settings on the router or anywhere else. I get this message even with the firewall turned off.

Is there a way to roll back to the 32 bit Spotify app that worked?

The problem was not with Spotify but rather in my sound settings. I ran the sound wizard and played with the settings and eventually figured out the problem.
