Hi
If I did understand the announcement correctly, Quirky Xerus was not build out ready-to-use Ubuntu binaries but out Ubuntu sources being modified (strip? change dependencies? eliminate the terrible use of systemd? remake it after compiling fully compatible with Ubuntu 16.04?) to be compiled using T2.
Are the used sources available?
How to use them a second time in T2? Easy / recommendable / possible / hard / don't try it?
Kind regards
T2 and Quirky Xerus 8.0 final

Ubuntu binary DEBs are used, they are pulled apart and reduced in size, and functionality changed in some cases.
