Hello all.

While working on "Bringing the Woof-CE template for Dpup Wheezy up to date",
I encountered a bug that prevented a png picture from being converted properly to
lss16 format. The lss16 format is the format used by isolinux for its splash screens.

wjaguar, the maintainer of mtpaint, kindly provided a patch,
and I recompiled the program with it.

I recompiled with the following parms:
Code:
./configure gtk2 man intl asneeded --prefix=/usr
The resulting mtpaint is a gtk2 app located in /usr/bin with translation files and man file.

You can download it from here:
https://www.adrive.com/public/gYSJVY/mtpaint-3.44.94_lss.pet (the application itself)
https://www.adrive.com/public/AzkkV7/mtpaint-3.44.94_lss-NLS.pet (the locales)

Enjoy!
~~~~~~~~~~~;
P.S. As the mtpaint maintainer Dmitry mentions, if you pick up any (other) bugs in
mtpaint, it is better to report it to him directly:
"2All: it is better if bugs in mtPaint get reported to me, by email, mailinglist, or through
Github. A bug which is only posted to this forum has some chance to be missed."
On the other hand, if you experience trouble with the pet packages above, of
course please report it below, in this thread.
TIA.
Subject description: it is the best solution, in my opinion only.
Smile do your splash screen with another puppy ! lss16 is rarely needed, in fact we use it only for splash screen (grub4dos install will not show it, unless using a boot façon ASRI, which will cause you some trouble elsewhere)
it is the best solution, in my opinion only.
