Which browser were you using aboard the previous pup?

Do you know how to manually install Firefox?

You can disable Flash in Seamonkey's Tools->Add-on Manager->Plugins

Firefox goes one better and lets you choose an "Ask to Activate" setting so that you can allow Flash to run on a case-by-case basis.
