Above, you will find some information about the new standard HTTP/2, which is slated to replace HTTP, and major browsers make it clear they will encrypt HTTP/2, though LTS is not enshrined in the standard proper.

As a result, NSA will have a harder time break into private communications. But major browsers don't care, it's the privacy of their users that they care about.

HTTP = Hyper Text Transfer Protocol
For the encoding and transmitting of data on the Internet.
HTML = Hyper Text Markup Language
For the formatting of data on a web page.
