How to blacklist a kernel module "Live CD Prestine Boot"

When booting from a CD/DVD

1. At the puppy splash screen press F2

2. Type the following : puppy <name of module>.blacklist=yes

If using grub append the same in your kernel line

Example

kernel /vmlinuz atl1c.blacklist=yes

Where atl1c was the module name

This is very useful when your trying to boot a puppy "prestine boot" and you suspect a module is causing puppy to freeze or X fails because of conflicting modules !

Thanks for the help bigpup and everyone who replied here:
