spacefm-1.0.4 for Slacko

Hi folks.
Here is spacefm version 1.0.4 filemanager for Slacko.
Modifed it a litte bit, so no root Terminal is in the Main Menu because in puppy, spacefm is always root.
Includes also ffmpegthumbnailer and udevil
Replaces rox in desktop button also in pmount and in desktop drive folders.
After uninstalling, rox will be the default file manager again.
