I've created the 64-bit PET under Fatdog 64, then converted it to it's new TXZ format. So for the Fatdog 64 version, only use the TXZ package. I haven't tested the PET on other 64 bit Puppies, so I can't vouch for it.
Azpainter is currently the best Paint Tool Sai alternative for Linux. The interface doesn't correspond to your GTK theme unfortunately. There are also no icon images for the brushes.
Graphics tablet should work out of the box, but there are also options to configure it.

Disregard. Upon reboot the program didn't work. Seemed to work after first install only. Download removed.
