Repeat:force multisession cd/dvd to use pup_save.3fs in HD

#1 Post by losl »

I have a puppy 2.02 multisession dvd with saved tracks on it. Everytime in bootup Puppy loads the config and setup from the saved tracks.
Is it possible to force Puppy on the dvd ignores the tracks and loads the pup_save.3fs file on the HD?

Thank you!!

Wouldn't it be easier to simply burn a CD without saved sessions to use for this purpose?

I've never used it but I think you can enter something at the boot prompt that will do what you want. Study the boot message that comes up (very briefly) just as the Puppy begins to boot.
