Granted it could be a better colour,
i was just playing with a rainbow effect (it is readable on my monitor)

Here I did it for him, there are 2 of them the jpg is over 1/2 the file size @100% quality

Hi

Here are a few "glassy" looking bits & bobs,
maybe someone can make use of them (or not).

Vincent.png is a bit rough, but i include him anyway.

If you want to colour any of them up,
open them in GIMP and use: Colors > Colorize
then adjust the Hue, Saturation and Lightness to suit.

All of those above were done using a script in GIMP
You can get it here: http://www.upstateforums.com/userfiles/ ... ss.scm.zip
I use GIMP 2.4.6 and it works with that version, i don't know about other versions.

Once you have put that script into the scripts directory (i put mine in: /root/.gimp-2.4/scripts/glass.scm)
you should find it here: <Image>/Script-Fu/glass...

Well the physics isn't scientifically correct, but with careful attention to detail, and some very fancy lenses, I'm sure this could be reproduced.
