Thanks for posting that. Hope you don't mind if I mention the following in this thread.
Thought I would give it a try in Wheezy but it wouldn't run because it needs libpng14 which is in Slacko but not in Wheezy or Precise, so decided to have a go at compiling Dillo in Wheezy. I moved all the files from /etc/dillo to /root/.dillo although they are found in either location. I have also added the blue hummingbird icon which displays in the window titlebar and tray button.
I compiled with --enable-ssl so that https links will hopefully download but that feature is "Alpha Code". There is a missing "#" from the front of one of the colour codes in the dillorc file which shows up if you run from terminal. I have fixed that in mine.

I named it as "wheezy" but it also seems to run just as well in Precise
