How to use Canon mg2920 in XenialPup 7.5?

Hi it has been awhile for me but this Puppy is looking good. It is doing everything I need except printing. I need some help to set it up. I am using 7.5 (XenialPup). But when I open the setup to add the printer it opens a PDF file that can be edited but nothing more. my printer is a canon mg2920 connected with a USB. It should work I do have the scanner working. plus the printer works ok on Linux Mint Rosa.. I really want to make Puppy my goto OS.

I am using 7.5 (XenialPup)
I am assuming Xenialpup 7.5 which is the 32bit version of Xenialpup 7.5.
The drivers you will find posted are 32bit.
The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
When I was a kid I wanted to be older.... This is not what I expected :shock:

I thought I had all the info included. But I didn't. I have the 64 bit not 32.

BigPup you gave me enough info to get it up and working. the http://localhost:631 did the trick. thanks bud. now to mark this as solved?
