DMARC still being avoided

Above is an example that is difficult to understand. Why is DMARC still being avoided, when it is so easy to implement. This is a much greater mystery than why people can't seem to get off their duffs about FIDO protecting their email/browser habits.

Let me guess - in the not too distant future President Trump will be impeached for a "failure to ensure DMARC compatible emails" - leading to suspicions that "Russians might start looking at ways to influence American opinion during the next election"

The whole internet is a fabrication of the US Defense department. There are 25 million Windows updates that have been issued to solve security holes.

Surely we are only a week or two away from achieving a totally secure internet and totally secure emails?

Maybe two weeks??
