Meltdown and Spectre Patching for Slacko 64

Hi, hope everybody is fine and not hacked by this bugs. Can anybody suggest the commands for me to patch my Slacko 4.1.11 #1 SMP operating system, I would really appreciate! Because in Package Manager, there's only up to linux_kernel-3.13.1-slacko64. And, is it necessary to change all my passwords? Also I have a server that I never used javascript or any non-ASCII browser on, is it in trouble? Thanks a lot.
