If you upgrade from 2.12 to 2.13 will java plugin remain

My question is when you upgrade from 2.12 to 2.13 with copying the required files instead of a clean install will I need to reinstall java?

UPDATE: I did the update and puppy 2.13 retained the java plugins along with all my other downloaded apps.

I must say the update process from 2.12 to 2.13 on a thumb drive was painless almost and very EASY. Puppy is the greatest
