This Github is really a script utilizing a number of different Github projects so they can produce a desktop theme based on the color properties of an image.
In other words, it's not a matter of copying the script and away you go. You'd have to install the different components first.
I have no way of testing it since I am running an old Puppy, and the oomox application is not available for my kernel, but I don't see why it wouldn't run on later puppies.
