Installed it in Slacko 5.9.3. When I entered "baobab" in a console I got this error:
# baobab
baobab: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
#

Hi, Flash.

That would be because slacko-5.9.3 does not have gtk-3 only gtk-2, right? :)

I was hoping that the information about where to get it might be included in this thread.

Not 100% about this -- but if you look in your PPM you might just find it ;)

C'mon, Flash, do you really need this clone of a WhineDose program? :)
As I told the French guys, nothing replaces the good old du utility for this! :)

Baobab 2.30.0 for GTK2 (by Medor)

#7 Post by Pelo »

Baobab was Tested with Puppy Tahrpup 6.0.2. And older version Baobab 2.30.0 (but nice too) is provided in the 'forum francophone'. As i suppose you will hardly understand our language, i join the stuff here, for Puppies series 5, and older.
Baobab 2.30.0 pet here for gtk2 (first install pets joined)
For people who learn french, take a glance at the french topic here, you will get further information. Argolance (Puppy Linux ToOppy precise 5.7.1) and ASRI (ASRI EDU 310 precise 5.7.1 too) enjoy Baobab.... Sure there are other tools, but harder to install by our users and Linux newbies.
Treesize is less graphical, but can help them here. trimming the fat of their Puppy, to keep it light and fast :)
