Translation pt-br

#1 Post by tuxpilgrim »

Hello everyone, my name is Edson, I am from Brazil and I am new to the forum. After much research, I opted to use the puppy linux, but specifically the slack puppy, in a project in my city, it will be using by children with low-cost computers. As the pt-br language pack is still incomplete, I would like to know how I get in touch with the developers to contribute to the translation, the project is incredible and I would like to make my contribution.
I apologise if this is not the most suitable place for this type of thread.
Thanks.

All the translation stuff is usually here.

Look in this section of the forum:
http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/index. ... order=DESC

Also this:

Most Puppy versions have the program menu->Utility-> MoManager.
This is used to write translations.

This lite guide to MoManager will get you started.

The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.
When I was a kid I wanted to be older.... This is not what I expected
