I've been having with trouble getting either of the dual NIC's working on the Asus A7N8X-E (nforce2 chipset) motherboards. (I have 2 of them)
In Muppy 006-212 I couldn't get either of the integrated network cards to work.
-Marvell Yukon Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T Adapter, Copper RJ-45
-NVIDIA nForce MCP Networking Controller
Muppy incorrectly detected the proper module:
That driver looked incorrect to me. I tried searching the forums. Someone suggested using forcedeth.
I tried it with no luck:
It was suggested that the drivers are in /lib/modules/2.6.16.7/net/ but it appears this version of muppy only has /lib/modules/2.6.18.1/ (I'm assuming that's the kernel version) with no /net subdir.
I tried it manually via terminal:
sh-3.00# rmmod forcedeth
ERROR: Module forcedeth does not exist in /proc/modules
Does anyone know how to fix this? On the forums I read others who had the same problem upgraded to puppy 212 beta to fix the problems. (isn't that older than what is included with muppy 006?)

The issue wasn't actually related to the puppy 212 drivers included with muppy. The issue was zdrv_212.sfs was corrupt and had a 0 (zero) byte size. After overwriting that file with the one from the muppy 006 ISO everything is working as it should.
I'm so happy to be able to start using this and continue the process of migrating away from other platforms!
