I don't know. But it seems printkey uses libredjvu to convert djvu to another format, which you can then print using puppy tools.

Read here. This project provides a CUPS virtual printer that should do what you want.

The requirement to print a document page-by-page is a bit tedious. I will consider some alternatives.
