thanks to all your patience and knowledge, i'm up and running!!
was just wondering... is there a way to make my display more crisp? the graphics seem a little fuzzy, and text sizes are small and fuzzy.
i'm on a compaq armada m700
thanks!!

Try googling for what others have come up with for a XF86Config file for your model......you may find something

thank you all for your attention and patience as i've worked to get puppy running.
my problem is fixed, decision to convert made... all i'll be doing now is asking maybe for more help on other things in the future.... and that would be another thread.
thanks again all. you puppy folks are a supportive community.

Hey tim,

Great work, if you could supply some details of you machine, if it's a Laptop or name brand make and model, if it's a generic white box just some details of the graphics chipset and attach your XF86Config file....I'd like to build up a data base of known good configs, just to help others out if the future.

New users like you, ones who persist, are the best source of information that helps Puppy grow and support more hardware.

Thanks for Your time and patience :)
