Need Nvidia Driver for Tahrpup-64 6.05 CE

#1 Post by Lassar »

I need help getting a Nvidia driver for Tahrpup-64 6.05 CE.

Trouble is the graphic drivers in quickpet do not work. It complains about the wrong kernel driver.

The linux kernel in Tahrpup-64 6.05 CE is 3.14.54

Hardware:
Nvidia c61 GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (Rev a2)

In linux mint 64 bit, the Nvidia driver 304 update from ubuntu repository works pretty good.

Has a nvidia-glx-352.79-k3.14.54_amd64.pet

Could be what you want?

 Yet another one ignoring my input.

Hey Perdido, I'm not so sure that particular pet is suited for his card.

shinobar has a getnvidia-1.0-64.pet that will make a pet or sfs, should only need to have the devx and kernel source to build.

Thanks

That did the trick.

The cpu is running normal with this driver.
