How do i get TCC and how to i not boot from ram?

i got puppy 2.13, and its great i got firefox package, cause i just need it.

and i figured out to setup internet connection sharing from the firewall menu.

but how or where do i get TCC TinyCC compiler for puppy and how do i
convince puppy to not load into ram at boot. I have it installed to a freedos
partition and boot it from loadlin. I want it to not copy itself into ram. Is there a boot
parameter or script option to disable this ?
