how do i uninstall puppy

i need to no how to uninstall puppy linux, im using the (puppy linux installer version) and its never worked properly and i cant get to a desktop setting whenever i try to boot with it so i want to uninstall it.

What I typically do is re-format the partition.

To restore the Master Boot Record, if you are a Windows XP user, boot using the Windows installation CD. Press "r" start the restoration console. Use the command "fixmbr". This will restore your MBR to the Windows default.
