This is Gweled-0.9.1 compiled from source just now (including libmikmod for the audio) in Slacko 5.7 and also tested in Slacko 6.3.0

You may be able to click to download from that link, if not try right-click and save as. Then just click the downloaded .pet file to install it.
Menu entry in the "Fun" category of course, or run from terminal with the command "gweled".

I just tested it in Wary 5.1.2 - works fine, including sound.
