Xenialpup 7.0.1

After installing PPM mod 0.0.4 and doing the database update.

Something still not correct.

See what happened to the repository list.
There is now no list.

@bigpup thats weird. PPM mod works fine on pristine tahrpup. Are you using pristine xenial?

It looks that the pinstall.sh does not execute on xenial upon installation

Are you using pristine xenial?

Well, no.
Xenialpup has been updated using the bugfix icon on the desktop.

It is the PPM after installing PPM-mod 0.0.3 and 0.0.4 to it.

Maybe thats the reason. You should try to install the latest ppm-mod on xenial pup without save file loaded.

Tried with Xenialpup not using the save.

Still not working correctly.

Well, if you can get it working OK.

My install of Xenialpup maybe bad and I will try a fresh new install.

I will report back later.
I have to go to work .

Xenialpup 7.0.1
Fresh clean Frugal install
NO save

PPM updated database OK.

AFTER Installing PPM-mod 1.0

Seems to now be working OK.

This is what I got after the update database completed.
I assume this indicates it did work OK.
See image:

Note:
This image was after I did the update the second time.
First time I did not see the info at top about no such file found.

Just wondering about this.

AFTER Installing PPM-mod 1.0.1

The database update process seems to complete very fast.
Are you sure it is actually updating each repository database?

Before installing PPM-mod 1.0.1 some of those Ubuntu repositories would take several minutes to update and you would see results for each repository.
Also, you would get a choice to update that specific repository or not.
