I've downloaded Puppy twice now from 2 different places. Each time I get the same ZIP file with the following files inside:
BOOT
BOOT (MSG file)
INITRD (ZIP file)
ISOLINUX
ISOLINUX.CFG
PUP_213.SFS
VMLINUZ
ZDRV_213.SFS
Which one of these is the ISO file I'm supposed to burn to cd?

Total size is supposed to be around 80 MB. Make sure it has an ISO filename extension.

Well, the file folder I downloaded is 84 MB, but it's just a regular file folder - no ISO extension. None of the files inside have an ISO extension either.

How (what OS) are you downloading with? What browser do you use?
"Usually" (Firefox) will ask you what to do with the file unless you set it to download to desktop. The file name you see in the download window should end with .iso.
No clue about winDOS, it may be that you have an iso image and Exploder lets you just look inside. Turn off the stupid setting which suppresses the file extensions and look at the name again. If it's an iso file just use your favorite burner software and burn it AS A DISK IMAGE!

right-click the link to the ISO, then choose "save target as".
But maybe you have it already, but windows opens
it in Winrar, if you click on it.
Windows also by default hides extensions like ".iso", but that does not matter.

It is a very simple program.
Choose the downloaded iso in it, then burn at medium or low speed.
