No such folder in /root/.mozilla

As I recall, I placed a frugal savefile in a larger partition, sda2, and afterwards, I couldn't mount that partition, running from the full install on sda1. [Meltdown, delete, delete, resolved: never do frugal install again]

Nonsense! It goes by *.default.

Yes, there is *.default, but the bookmarkbackups file is extension jsonlz4. I have an older backup in html somewhere, just have to find it.

No, not the file you want. You've gotta "back-it-up" to get the uncompressed copy.

Are you suggesting that I run Slacko630, do an intentional backup of some sort? (I tell ya, I gotta do something about that right-click context menu, it is huge. Something is not right there.) How exactly do I back it up?

Did a backup to a .json file. Next time I boot to Slacko5.7-2016 I'll grab the bookmarks. I would also like to grab some wallpapers from Slacko630. Location of wallpapers?

What browser and version are you using with Slacko 5.7?

Don't matter. The ONLY reason I boot 5.7 is to assist.

528's my standard ride, Tahr 605 I've been sampling..

Do I like the fact that the idea behind Pup has spawned all these bastard pup spins?

No. It makes support a PITA.

There are however a few notable builds that have found a niche..

Though not that I'm willing to comment on.. Not here @ least..

Didn't Slacko 5.7 have a problem that Legacy GRUB installer did not work, and user had to install a special package by rscn51 to get a working installer?

The browser is Fire Fox version 27.0.1 in my distros (TLS OK)
The 01Micko original is FireFox 23.0.1 (no TLS)

I don't get here often enough it seems. There are several methods for bookmarks. IMHO the easiest one is Export or import HTML.Editting bookmarks and adding a new set is easier. You can save the HTML file anywhere you want. Yeah there is bookmark backups, but you need to implicitly save them/retrieve them in hidden files.

Firefox is located in /root only. Easy to tossout.

s57-2016b version

Having uploaded the eee version today, next up is the main spin.
It will take a while to check and double-check the symlink patches needed.
If all goes well, by tomorrow it should be ready.
