Will Puppy run in 7 inch Android netbooks (Cortex A9)?

I'm just tinkering around with the idea of a small laptop I can fit in my back pocket, has anyone been able to get puppy up and running on any of the cheap cortex android netbooks?

Those are always put together so horribly that it's honestly not worth the trouble.
