Which version of Windows7 is this? Home Premium?

Run this command: smbclient -NgL 192.168.1.22

Do you get the message NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED?

That is the same message I get when "Password Protected Sharing" is turned ON. So I have no idea why you are also getting it when you have it turned OFF.

When I turn Password Protected Sharing OFF, I get the list of shares.

Sinon il y a de nombreux exemples (in english of course) https://www.google.be/search?q=windows+ ... hare+linux

Tu vas bien finir par y arriver 8)

It has been my experience that communication works better if I reply in English and let the recipient translate it, than trying to translate my reply into French.

However, if that procedure is unacceptable, I will stop posting in this forum.

Thank you all for your kind words.

@gawel3164: By any chance, have you installed Windows Live Essentials? There are reports that its Sign-in Assistant conflicts with Linux.
